We also teach in schools and special needs groups and are the registered instructors for Tewkesbury school, teaching throughout the academic year.

Mini Masters

To give your child the best start we have designed this programme for 5-7 year olds, focusing on core skills such as balance, flexibility and co-ordination that can be useful in all sports. We show students how to work together as a team and help and respect each other, using a blend of martial arts techniques, exercises, drills and fun games to enhance their growth and development and instil the values of honesty, courtesy and integrity. This class is a foundation for Tae-kwon-do. All our instructors are enhanced CRB checked and First Aid qualified.

Kick Boxing

We teach sport based kickboxing with a self defence element. Ideal for those who want to have a good workout, keep fit and learn some useful skills. We teach all ages and genders from 7 years upwards but we are not a fight club!

We teach a very traditional style of Tae-kwon-do for ages 7 years upwards -split into junior and senior classes. We believe that self defence is a priority but also teach the benefits of confidence, self esteem and discipline.

I have been very fortunate in my training. I started in boxing which led me to Taekwondo and this also gave me a taste of Kick boxing and combat art. I had fantastic instructors during my martial arts career. I have learnt that the more experience you gain as an instructor the less you should get set in your ways and be prepared to develop constantly. I like to try to be part of the continuous evolution of Martial Arts. I think Martial Arts should be the reflection of the demands made on it, where ever it may be in the world. I am lucky to have a diverse and varied team of black belts with me, who have an experience in areas from Full Contact, Jujitsu and Grappling, that allows a constant fresh approach to my teaching.

I believe when a student fails, I do too. If they succeed then I have been successful. Every day I am developing and strengthing my teaching in my classes. My Black Belts are made up of men, women and children. They all understand that training should be fun and challenging as well as giving respect and delivering results.
